A Late Weigh-In
I'm out of town this week visiting my parents in MI. My father retired yesterday, after 33 years of active duty with the Army. What a bittersweet moment in our lives. Anyway, I missed the weekly weigh-in due to traveling, etc. I am holding steady - no gain and no loss. I am satisfied with holding steady at this moment.

I didnt know your dad was retiring. I thought he was just being reassigned to AL. congrats. hope he enjoys retirement.
